Horizontal Lines

Horizontal Lines are good way to put line separators in our html page.  The tag used for this is <hr>, and like the <br> tag it does not have a closing tag, however, it is recommended by the XHTML standard that we close it internally by specifying it like <hr /> so that small devices like mobiles can easily and correctly interpret it.

<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
<title>My Learning Plan </title>
</head>
<body>
